His experience is diverse. As a strategist for one of the largest digital agencies in Canada, he consulted with leading brands and led the implementation of various complex projects including strategy, software selection, marketing. In a recent engagement, James led the business analysis, digital strategy, and implementation of a technology-based system to solve significant challenges for a billion-dollar organization. When James is not in the office, he enjoys reading to feed his curiosity, volunteering, and competitive running.

Michael is an experienced technology professional with over 20 years of experience in digital technology, web development, e-commerce and application management. As a naturally curious problem solver he has built up a solid track record of success with extensive experience in retail, film, and construction.

Working with companies ranging from family run to enterprise level, Michael has worked to create efficient business solutions, workflows and data integration models. He finds enjoyment and thrives in environments that require analysis and problem solving.

Prior to joining Red Pill Labs, Ethan worked at a Big 4 accounting firm where he assisted with client tax engagements and compliances processes. He has experience working in different industries such as; technology, manufacturing and, financial services. Ethan also has a background in ecommerce best practices with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Facebook. ​

Xavier is a naturally curious Business Analyst who enjoys leveraging his creative skills and energy to solve business problems. Prior to joining Red Pill Labs, Xavier worked at a Big 4 accounting firm where he assisted with client tax engagements and compliance processes. He has experience working in different industries such as; retail, pharmaceuticals and construction. Xavier also has a passion for digital and ecommerce with a keen eye for best practices with platforms such as Shopify, Instagram. Outside of work Xavier is an up and coming musician/entertainer working towards a recording career.

Eduardo Villasenor is a highly experienced project management professional with a broad range of skills and expertise. With over 12 years of experience, Eduardo has developed an in-depth understanding of process analysis and redesign, product development, process mapping and documentation, change management, and start-up company operations. He is known for leading teams effectively, communicating with stakeholders clearly, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Eduardo's passion for helping organizations improve their operations and streamline their processes is evident in the innovative solutions he has implemented throughout his career.

Eduardo is an avid soccer fan, with C.D. Guadalajara being his favourite team. He enjoys watching matches and keeping up to date with the latest news in the world of soccer. Outside of work, Eduardo can be found enjoying the outdoors, kayaking, and staying active.

Rafaella's data and gap analysis expertise, coupled with her knowledge of ERP Financial Modules, empowers her to translate customer needs into innovative solutions. Her notable project experience includes developing user-friendly financial products for ERP systems, managing digital financial projects, and leading agile teams to meet project milestones efficiently.

Beyond her professional life, Rafaella loves taking walks in nature with her family, reading, and discovering new types of foods/restaurants.

Alline Nakazaki is a Business Analyst boasting over ten years of experience in the banking sector and an additional six in retail. Throughout her career, she has led financial product projects and has significantly streamlined processes. She played a crucial role in improving app features related to credit limits and successfully collaborated with a third-party company for better card security. Furthermore, to highlight her capacity to tackle large-scale projects, she oversaw the integration of two million credit card accounts.

In all of her professional roles, Alline has excelled at connecting gaps, enhancing security, and making systems work efficiently.

Outside of work, Alline loves playing tennis, hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with friends, whether it be on the snowy slopes, trials, or in the city.

Aahron brings over 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in distribution center operations, having recently graduated from BCIT's Business Information Technology Management program. Aahron specializes in business and data analysis, providing valuable insights for diverse projects and aligning stakeholder expectations with company objectives at Red Pill Labs.

Outside of work, Aahron stays active with recreational sports like basketball, hockey, and volleyball. He also enjoys snowboarding and leisurely chairlift rides on the slopes.

Amanda is an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in system implementation, process optimization, and overall HR operations. A strong project management background, coupled with her aptitude for learning new systems, has led to many successful implementations in HR and Finance. Through her experience, she has built an approach that places People, Process, and Data at the forefront of everything she does. Amanda has excelled throughout her career by simplifying large, complex concepts into bite-sized ideas that are easy to understand.

Orry brings his unique background in both industrial and user experience design to the forefront when interacting with clients. He specializes in human centered design strategy and uses ethnographic research methods to bring empathy and understanding of customers real lived experiences into the projects under his leadership. He specializes in rapid prototyping, user interface design, risk management business processes, design research, and physical product design. Orry’s work focuses on the intersection of physical and digital environments. In his free time Orry enjoys all that BC has to offer. You will find him skiing the local mountains in the winter and kayaking or hitting the beaches all summer.

Ty offers a unique blend of program management, strategic innovation, leadership, and a deep understanding of British Columbia's natural resource sector to the team at Red Pill Labs. Having worked alongside key industry stakeholders, Ty's developed a skillset as diverse as his project portfolio, which includes; professional training and coaching, business strategy, extensive forestry and geology field experience, and even hosting a podcast. Ty looks forward to building relationships and helping our clients translate complex business problems into effective and tangible solutions. Outside of work, you'll find Ty spending time in nature with his dog, exploring new places, and attending home games to cheer on the Vancouver Whitecaps.

Aidan is instinctively a hard worker who enjoys learning and leveraging his ever expanding knowledge in the business world. Prior to joining Red Pill Labs, Aidan gained industry experience by deliberately sampling various industries before deciding to pursue a career in business. His experience ranges from residential trades to large scale industrial construction. Aidan is enthusiastic about growing his network. He values working in an environment that challenges him with problem solving. Aidan has a natural inclination for writing and enjoys reading Stephen King books on his spare time.

Sales Development Representative

Alec Walsh is a results-driven sales professional with a deep understanding of business fundamentals and sales strategies. He is currently in his 3rd year of university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Business. Alec has a proven track record of delivering results, from driving and managing online sales to providing excellent customer service. He has a strong interest in computer programming and sales, as demonstrated by his involvement in his high school's computer programming and sales club. During this time, he built websites, designed apps, and got involved with some CRM platforms. Alec's experience in computer programming and sales has also earned him five unique Microsoft badges, showcasing his dedication to learning and skill development.

Outside of work, Alec enjoys playing basketball and has also achieved multiple accomplishments in ten years of playing box and field lacrosse.
